Vietnam Young Academy to organize academic seminar on nanomaterials

Vietnam Young Academy (VYA) will organize an academic seminar on nanomaterials applied in Medicine, Biology and health care on June 29.

The event aims to create a space to connect, share and annually discuss topics in the field of materials science and technology, enhancing exchange and cooperation in academic and scientific research and application among scientists who have been working in countries around the world.

With the goal of connecting reputable speakers and scientists, the series of academic seminars on technology and applications in medicine brings inspiration and imparts knowledge to help students/practitioners and lecturers, researchers have a new perspective on development in the world.

At the event, speaker Trinh Kieu The Loan from Bionano Application Research Center under Gachon University of the Republic of Korea (RoK) will present a report on handheld biosensor devices for diagnosis at the point-of-care.

Meanwhile, speaker Nhung Nguyen from the Department of AI and Software Engineering at Gachon University of RoK brought a report on artificial intelligence in healthcare applications.

VYA, a member of the Global Young Academy network, was established on November 5, 2014, in order to connect young scientists in Vietnam with overseas Vietnamese scientists in many different areas to have directional and constructive discussions on important national and global topics./.
