Quang Ninh province focuses on development investment

According to the Quang Ninh provincial Department of Planning and Investment, since the beginning of the year, the province has spent over VND3.5 trillion from the budget on investment.

The spending accounts for 76.7% of the over VND4.6 trillion budgeted for investment in the whole year, of which the central level allocates VND784.5 billion and the province earmarks over VND2.2 trillion and localities distribute over VND1.68 trillion.

At present, the province is accelerating the progress of the project on upgrading national road 18A which goes through Uong Bi – Ha Long cities, and preparing for the construction of the road linking Ha Long city with Bach Dang bridge.

In the upcoming time, the province will continue to obey the Prime Minister’s decree on increasing investment management of basic construction which uses the State budget and the Government bonds; and the Prime Minister’s decree on realising the financial and State budget tasks for 2013./.
