Green bay high-end building inaugurated in Quang Ninh

The Vietnam Syrena Investment and Development Joint Stock Company and BIM Group on October 27 inaugurated Green bay apartment building at Hoang Quoc Viet street, Hung Thang precinct, Ha Long city.

The inauguration of the luxury apartment building is part of the activities to welcome the 50^th anniversary of the establishment of Quang Ninh.

The project, covering on 35,000 square meters includes six buildings with four 17-floor buildings and two 24-floor buildings. Construction kicked off in February 2013, two buildings, 17T1 and 17T2, have been completed well over 4 months ahead of schedule.

This is the first international-standard apartment project in Quang Ninh with swimming pools, gym, basement parking and security available 24/7.

This is also the first project in Quang Ninh with 80 apartments supported by the government’s VND30 trillion credit package with 6 percent interest rate per annum./.
