The LNS International Corporation (importer) and L&V Food Supply Company (distributor) based in Houston, Texas (US) have cooperated to bring fresh lychee from Bac Giang province to Houston.
Vietnamese fresh lychee is being sold simultaneously at many supermarkets and the largest Asian market in Houston, Texas (US) in June.
Over the years, LNS Company has participated in activities to promote the image of Made in Vietnam products in the market and is directly the importer and distributor of many types of Vietnamese agricultural products in the US. Besides, the cooperation of Vietnamese-origin enterprises in the market also plays an active role in the stages of product distribution in the network of supermarkets and Asian markets.
A representative of LNS Company said that in order to continue the initial success of bringing Bac Giang's fresh lychee shipment by air to the US, LNS will continue to coordinate with partners to bring all kinds of Vietnamese agricultural products (including fresh lychees) to many US states right this month, to encourage US consumers and improve reputation of Vietnamese enterprises around the world.
To promote import and export, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has closely coordinated with ministries, branches and partners to synchronously deploy activities to support import-export businesses, including organizing trade promotion events, promoting the image of reputable export enterprises' products and brands, helping businesses and partners sign memorandums of understanding on import and export.
In trade promotion activities, over the past time, the Department of Industry and Trade and the People's Committee of Bac Giang province have also actively organized events to help partners sign memorandums of understanding with state agencies, businesses, and associations.
Currently, Bac Giang lychee is becoming a famous brand, highly appreciated by consumers for its quality, food safety and traceability, and is gradually entering the US market./.
