Mr. Nguyen Bay, Director of Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Center, said that the Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize the event.
The event will be held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (September 21, 1973 - September 21, 2023) to further promote the friendship, investment and trade cooperation between Binh Dinh province and Japanese partners and localities.
In particular, Binh Dinh province will hold an investment promotion conference of Japanese enterprises in Binh Dinh with the theme "Binh Dinh - A place for meeting, convergence and development of Japanese investors" on July 7.
This conference will be co-chaired by the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province, the Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam, the leaders of the Osaka Prefecture authority and the Chairman of the Japan - Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakai City.
The conference will also see the participation of about 60 enterprises, including Japanese enterprises, in Binh Dinh province.
In addition to the investment promotion conference, Binh Dinh province also organized 5 other activities within the framework of the event, such as the exhibition of typical products and goods of Binh Dinh and Japanese enterprises; a field survey of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and a visit to some production factories of Japanese enterprises in Binh Dinh province.
According to Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, the event "Meet Binh Dinh - Japan 2023" is held with the aim of promoting investment attraction for Japanese investors and businesses, and implementing projects in Binh Dinh in order to exploit the potential and advantages, and meet the development goals and needs of the locality and enterprises.
In addition, the event also helps Vietnamese and Japanese businesses meet, exchange, connect information, sign investment cooperation, and consume products and goods for sustainable development.
Previously, on May 31, Binh Dinh province in collaboration with the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Association in Sakai, the Office of Industry and Trade in Sakai, held an investment promotion conference with Japanese businesseses in Sakai City./.
