According to the introduction of Mr. Yasuo Hagimoto, the company's main products are in the field of high-precision manufacturing industry, manufacturing high-tech sensors for automobiles, airplanes and space products.
Since its founding in 1938, Tamagawa Seiki has overcome the challenge of angular accuracy for control equipment, such as high-precision sensors, motors and gyroscopes, and successfully delivered those devices to its customers. This investor is currently one of the few manufacturers in the world capable of developing and manufacturing both two-dimensional and three-dimensional position/angle sensors.
Tamagawa Seiki's major partners include Mitsubishi Heavy Industry, Kawasaki Heavy Industry, Fuji Heavy Industry, Mitsubishi Electric, NEC, Toshiba, Hitachi, Matsushita Electronic Industry, Toyota, Honda, Japanese Ministry of National Defence, and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency.
Currently, Tamagawa Seiki is carrying out investment procedures to build a USD35 million production plant in Song Khoai Industrial Park (IZ) of Amata Group in Quang Ninh.
At the meeting, Mr. Yasuo Hagimoto expressed his wish that Quang Ninh province would pay attention to create conditions for the company to quickly complete the investment procedures for the factory system.
Welcoming Tamagawa Seiki Co., Ltd. for its interest in investing in the province, Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that Quang Ninh province will create the most favorable conditions, focusing on solving difficulties and obstacles for investors to speed up the project progress.
According to the committed schedule with investors, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province will ask relevant departments, branches and units to focus on completing the procedures for granting the project investment certificate in June, handing over the site in July. Tamagawa Seiki Co., Ltd. will cooperate with the units to complete the procedures such as planning, design, and environmental impact report according to regulations in September.
It is expected that the project will be started in October 2023, 2 months earlier than the investor's proposal./.
