The conference aims to promote the potential and opportunities of investment cooperation in Dong Thap province to attract and call Indian businesses and investors.
Chairman of the Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee Pham Thien Nghia said that this is the first time Dong Thap province has organized a specialized investment promotion conference with a country, showing great expectation about the opportunity to expand the cooperation with businesses from India.
As a key province in terms of agricultural production, apart from rice and seafood with the top output in the country, Dong Thap also has many famous fruit that can boost exports to India such as Cao Lanh mango, Lai Vung tangerine, and Chau Thanh longan.
