Quang Tri snakehead fish porridge to be exported to US

Vietnamese Company Ca Men and LNS International Corporation (LNS) recently signed an agreement on exclusive distribution for Ca Men-branded powdered snakehead fish porridge and other packaged products in the US market.

This is the first time snakehead fish porridge, a specialty of the central province of Quang Tri, has been official exported according to FDA standards granted by the US Food and Drug Administration in large quantities.Under the agreement, LNS will distribute four-five million Quang Tri snakehead fish porridge products to the US market by sea from now to 2026.
The packaged snakehead fish porridge contains ingredients such as whole filleted snakehead fish, rice flour noodles, condensed sauce, chili sauce, and dried scallions, which make a delicious Quang Tri-style porridge.
Established in 2015, Ca Men is a startup company founded by Nguyen Duc Nhat Thuan, who wanted to bring Quang Tri cuisine to the world. The company has notably introduced several Quang Tri-flavored meals to customers, such as Phuong Lang wet cake, snakehead fish porridge, duck porridge, chicken salad with laksa leaves, and stir-fried eel noodles./.
