The sixth Latin American Film Festival in Vietnam will take place at the National Cinema Centre (No.87 Lang Ha street, Hanoi) from October 8th to 13th, 2018.

Different genres of films such as comedies, animations, documentaries, and period dramas from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Chile, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela will display the social lives and cultural characteristics of each nation, thus helping Vietnamese people understand the cultural diversity of Latin America.
The event will begin with “Maracana” from Uruguay, which features the football spirit of South America, especially Brazil and Uruguay - champions of the World Cup for many years. The film also reflects a Latin American society in which poverty and inequality are still rife.
