Accordingly, from May 20th to August 31st, the budget carrier will add 7 return flights a week between the two cities, raising its total flights on the route from one to two return flights a day.

This is the next move of Jetstar Pacific in its summer plan of exploiting famous destinations. Earlier, the airlines announced the operation of Hanoi – Quy Nhon air route from June 1st to August 19th with five flights a week.

Daily low-cost tickets between Ho Chi Minh city and Bangkok, starting from VND200,000 per leg, have been launched at www.jetstar.com, ticket offices and agents nationwide.

The flight frequency increase not only boosts travel demand between Vietnam and Thailand, but also creates a series of flight connections among Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore./.
