The 19th session of the 18th Bac Ninh People’s Council elected Mr. Ngo Tan Phuong, Director of the Bac Ninh Department of Finance, as Deputy Chairman of the 18th provincial People’s Committee (term 2016-2021) with 39 out of 41 votes.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on December 2 has collected more than 13 billion VND from collectives and individuals across the province to support people in Central provinces to overcome consequences of the natural calamities after over a month of launching a fundraising campaign.
