Photo auction and exhibition raise funds for pupils in central Vietnam

A photo auction and exhibition is taking place in Hanoi Chi Minh City to raise fund for students in central provinces.

A photo auction entitled “Empathy – Bringing sunshine to the central” is taking place at the Youth Cultural House at District 1. This is a project by Ms. Nguyen Phi Van, the founder of the community project "Dream Library" in collaboration with photographer Vu Hong Linh, who holds the record of winning many international awards (nearly 400 awards).
Along with the exhibition, the organizers are also conducting an online photo auction at https://empathy.vn to raise funds for student relief activities in disaster-struck areas.
All profits from the exhibition and online photo auction will be used to buy books and school supplies and build "Dream Libraries" for students in the central provinces that are heavily affected by the storms and landslides in 2020.
The exhibition will run until November 20, 2020./.
