Travel + Leisure magazine has named Hoi An city in the central province of Quang Nam among its 50 best places to travel in 2019.

According to the magazine, Hoi An, ranked at 20
th, is one of Vietnam’s most historically significant (and beautiful) port cities with many luxury beachfront resorts bringing new life to its UNESCO-protected “Ancient Town.”
“New shops and restaurants are also bringing a contemporary eye to the city’s layered culture.”
Travel + Leisure’s list for the next year spans the globe, from exciting southern hemisphere cities like Santiago, Chile, and Brisbane, Australia, to harder-to-reach regions like Langkawi, Malaysia and the Danish Riviera.
