Cuba wishes to increase tourism cooperation with Vietnam

The Embassy of Cuba in Hanoi coordinated with Russia’s Airlines and Hanoitourist to organize the Cuba Tourism Festival on March 26th in order to help local people and tourists understand more about the landscape and people of Cuba.

The event offers chances for visitors to enjoy the space of culture and colors of Latin America with hot and charming Samba dances.
On this occasion, Hanoitourist also introduces a special tourism product “Russia – Cuba: one itinerary, two spans” during 12 days and 11 nights; bring opportunities to discover the beauty of the land of birch trees.
In his speech at the festival, Ambassador of Cuba to Vietnam Lianys Torres Rivera said from the beginning of the year to March 3rd, Cuba greeted more than 1 million foreign tourists. In 2017, the country welcomed 4.7 million foreigners. This year, the Cuba tourism sector will organize an international tourism fair from May 6th to 11th to promote tourism and create opportunities to exchange with enterprises from other countries.
“Through the event, I hope that visitors can partially imagine and see the beauty of Russia. In the upcoming time, the two countries will enhance cooperation to increase the number of tourists between Vietnam and Cuba,” she stressed./.
