Specifically, the department has provided information about routes, destinations, directions and activities around pedestrian zones at Hoan Kiem Lake, surrounding areas and the Old Quarter to 15 million tourists.
The operator of the Call Center 1800556896 managed by the Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Group (VNPT Hanoi) has supported and provided information to tourists about tourist destinations, hotels, bus stations, shopping centers, and administrative procedures related to tourism activities.
From the 2021 Tet holiday to now, the department has not received any petitions or proposals from local people and tourists related to the tourism environment, security and safety of tourists./.
