Supporting information for over 1,200 tourists to Hanoi

Specifically, tourist information and support organs under the Hanoi Department of Tourism supported 252 visitors, while the 1800556896 switchboard under the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group supported 997 tourist arrivals, mainly with information on the operation of tourist sites and attractions, as well as measures to ensure safety for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in tourism activities.

In addition, the organs also received 8 recommendations and complaints from tourists, mainly related to tourists being overcharged or tourism units not fully complying with legal regulations in tourism. Right after receiving the complaints of tourists, the Inspector of the city Department of Tourism worked with relevant units to resolve tourists’ complaints and recommendations in accordance with the law./.
