(CPV) - AgroViet 2020 aims to promote the nation’s agricultural achievements during the international integration process and industrial revolution 4.0.
The 20th Vietnam International Agricultural Fair (AgroViet 2020) officially opened in Hanoi on December 3. The event, themed “Connecting the value of Vietnamese agricultural products”, aims to promote brands, introduce agricultural products and bridge production and consumption; contributing to raising the image and competitiveness of agricultural, forestry and aquatic products in domestic and foreign markets.
AgroViet 2020 features 220 pavilions from various organizations, cooperatives and enterprises originating in over 30 provinces and cities around the country.
An event to introduce varieties of oranges and products meeting the criteria of the “One Commune, One Product” program in the northern mountainous province of Ha Giang was held within the framework of this fair.
In addition, the fair also features many varieties of plants, ornamental plants and flowers, hydroponics, and materials for agricultural production.
Various handicraft products from traditional trade villages around the country are also being promoted to visitors, such as Kim Dong leather products, Da Sy cutleries, silk, Dak Lak’s stones and Quang Nam agarwood incense.
