Vietjet to add more than 2,500 flights during Tet 2019

The additional flights will provide 500,000 seats, offering passengers more choices for traveling or visiting relatives.

Under the plan, from January 20th to February 19th (which is from December 15th to January 15th respectively of the Lunar calendar), Vietjet operates more than 12,500 flights, including almost 4,000 international flights, up 20% compared to last year.

Vietjet and the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam have completed the supervision to help the carrier enhance operation activities, fully ready for execution of its 2019 market development plan, ensure absolute safety on flights for passengers and strengthen public trust to Vietjet as well as Vietnamese aviation.
