The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Tourism Advisory Board on April 20th launched the "Stay at home with Vietnam" program for international visitors.
This is a series of products designed to connect and inspire international visitors in the period the world is participating in the fight against COVID-19.
International visitors, who have had to postpone or cancel their trips to Vietnam during the time of the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, are able to explore, get acquainted with the spectacular destinations, good food and fascinating culture of Vietnam through activities, programs in the set "Stay at home with Vietnam".
Specifically, this set of products helps tourists: visit and interact in 360 degrees with Vietnam’s famous heritage sites recognized by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
Besides, visitors can see Vietnam’s famous recipes and try cooking at home as easily as bread and “bun cha” (vermicelli with grilled pork and fresh herbs); or coloring Vietnam travel paintings with classic style. International visitors can also travel to Vietnam through the video clip series #MyVietnam.
The program "Stay at home with Vietnam" offers suggestions for international visitors about cultural exploration through books, music and traditional arts in Vietnam.
The VNAT hopes that this set of products will continue to provide information, connect Vietnam with international visitors and inspire tourists' future travel plans.
