Da Lat Flower Festival to have 9 main programs

The 2022 Da Lat Flower Festival will be organized into a series of events from November to the end of December. In which, there are 9 main programs in the space of Da Lat City and Bao Loc City.

On November 10, the Da Lat City People’s Committee and the Lam Dong provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the information of the 2022 Da Lat Flower Festival with the theme “Da Lat - The City of Four Seasons of Flowers”. As planned, the festival programs started on November 11, but the opening ceremony will take place on December 18.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Van, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said Lam Dong hopes the Da Lat Flower Festival will become a complex of cultural and artistic activities to stimulate tourism and promote agricultural products, especially local produce.
Compared to the previous festivals, the organization time is longer to meet the large program taking place not only in Da Lat but also in Lac Duong, Bao Loc and Duc Trong.
The main programs will include flower space; art program “Bao Loc - Tea flavor, silk color”; special art program to announce the 9th Da Lat Flower Festival; fashion show “Silk - Heritage Road” and exhibition space “Highland Paradise”; and art program Happy New Year 2023.
According to the organizers, the opening program of the Da Lat Flower Festival 2022 will use modern technology to recreate the space of Lang Biang Plateau with indigenous cultural features./.
