Ms. Tran Thi Bich Tram, Vice Chairwoman of the District 11 People’s Committee, said that the locality has many unique economic, cultural and culinary characteristics, capable of attracting visitors.
In the coming time, the district will promote the development of night economy, typically piloting the operation of Ha Ton Quyen walking and culinary street. From now to the beginning of 2023, the district will pilot a food street combined with a pedestrian street on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Director of the City Department of Tourism, said that through the survey, it was easy to see that trading activities in District 11 still keep traditional features, are not mixed with the modern rhythm of life.
“For each tour product, the interactive arrangement, increasing the value of the experience, will attract and make visitors remember it forever, contributing to spreading the beauty of tourism in District 11 in particular, and Ho Chi Minh City in general,” Hoa commented./.
