Tam Chuc National Tourist Area offers free entrance for visitors

The Management Board of Tam Chuc National Tourist Area has announced that it will offer free entrance for visitors on May 15 (April 15 of lunar year) to celebrate the Buddha's birthday.

Accordingly, visitors to the Tam Chuc National Tourist Area in Kim Bang district, the northern province of Ha Nam, who attend the Buddha's birthday will be offered free boat and tram service from 14:00 to 23:00 on May 15.

At this event, the Management Board will distribute 10,000 free vegetarian meals and flower lanterns for tourists and Buddhists from all over the world attending the ceremony.

Buddha's Birthday is one of the three biggest festivals in the year of Buddhism. It is an opportunity for each Buddhist to review the milestones in the life and career of the Buddha, reminding everyone to practice the Dharma and bring the teachings of the Buddha into life, helping to transform life to bring happiness, peace and benefit to mankind.

Tam Chuc is the largest pagoda in Vietnam, about 60 km from the center of Hanoi. This spiritual tourist area has a total area of nearly 5,000 hectares, including a lake of 1,000 hectares, natural mountains and forests of 3,000 hectares, and valleys of 1,000 hectares./.
