Checking the coach with number plate of 16H-2395 heading from Mong Cai to Hai Phong on November 20th, the authorities of the check-point at Dan Tien port discovered a backpack containing 3kg of crystal methamphetamine in Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province.

Through investigation, the authorities defined Than Van Tuan, born in 1993, from Son Loc commune, Can Loc district, Ha Tinh province possesses the drugs.

Tuan admitted that he was paid VND10 million to transport the drugs.
