Collecting ideas for regulations on service activities in Ha Long bay

Aiming to ensure regulations applicable to tourism service business activities in Ha Long bay, the managing board of the bay will collect ideas from enterprises and individuals to draft regulations on managing activities and services in the bay.

Accordingly, the draft will involve five chapters and 46 items.

The draft regulates the rights and duties of tourists in Ha Long bay. In addition, it also defines regulations on services of boat and ferry, recreation, buying and selling souvenirs and beverages, food and drink, information and instructions, and responsibility of state managing agencies./.
