From May 29th, Vietjet will open the Ho Chi Minh city – Bali (Indonesia) air route, operating 5 return flights a week with a duration of about 4 hours. Flights will depart from Ho Chi Minh city at 08h05 and will arrive in Bali at 13h05 (local time). Meanwhile, return flights will leave Bali at 14h05 (local time) and land in Ho Chi Minh city at 17h05.
The first flight from Vietnam to Bali will help passengers save time transiting at Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok.
Bamboo Airways will open three new routes in May
The first flights connecting Da Nang with Phu Quoc and Thanh Hoa, operated by Jetstar Pacific, will take off on May 24th and 25th. The two air routes will have 4 return flights a week. Earlier, the carrier also opened flights between Da Nang and Vinh with 3 flights a week with a promotional price of VND190,000 one way (excluding tax and additional fees).
On May 10th, Bamboo Airways will start operating three new air routes from Hai Phong to Quy Nhon, Ho Chi Minh city and Can Tho with one return flight a day. From May 2nd to 16th, passengers can buy preferential tickets starting from VND200,000 (excluding tax and additional fees).
The air service provider is cutting prices of business tickets from 15% to 39% in three months (from May 2nd to July 31st) on air routes such as Hanoi – Phu Quoc, Hanoi – Can Tho, Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh city and Ho Chi Minh city – Quy Nhon.
Earlier, on April 26th, Bamboo Airways operated its first flights to the Republic of Korea and Taiwan (China).
Air Asia launched a direct air route from Can Tho to Bangkok from May 2nd with three flights a week on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Can Tho is the fifth city of Vietnam the carrier connecting air services to Thailand.
On May 1st, Air Asia started operating the Nha Trang – Bangkok air route with promotional price of VND810,000 one way (including tax and additional fees)./.
