Thua Thien Hue welcomes two cruises

Two small cruises, Crystai Symphony and Silvar Spirit of Bahamas nationality, with more than 1,200 passengers mainly from Northern Europe, North America, Australia and crew landed at Chan May Port, Thua Thien Hue province on February 19th to visit Hue.

After the two ships entered Chan May Port, the medical staff of Thua Thien – Hue province entered the cruises to conduct medical examsfor all passengers and crew who are going on shore. Through medical exams, there were no clinical signs of Covid-19. The Thua Thien - Hue Maritime Administration, customs and border guard forces have conducted entry procedures for the delegation so that they can enjoy the visit under the scheduled plan.
According to the Thua Thien - Hue Department of Tourism, Silver Spirit has a capacity of 648 passengers and 412 sailors, but this time is only carries 228 passengers and 405 sailors. Meanwhile, Crystai Symphony has a capacity of 848 passengers and 545 sailors, but this time it only carries 147 passengers. Although the number of passengers on the two cruises is nearly 400 people, just over 150 passengers on the two cruises have registered to go on shore to visit relics in Hue city.
Before entering Chan May Port, Silvar Spirit docked at Tien Sa Port (Da Nang). Crystai Symphony has, in the last 14 days, visited Thailand, the Philippines and Phu My Port (Ho Chi Minh City)./.
