Bamboo Airways opens Rach Gia-Phu Quoc route

Bamboo Airways opened a flight route linking Rach Gia to Phu Quoc Island in the Mekong Delta province of Kien Giang on February 17.

The carrier uses Embraer jets for the route with a flight time of 20 minutes.

Flight QH2386 departed from Phu Quoc and successfully landed at Rach Gia airport at 13:00. The route is operated by Bamboo Airways with a frequency of 3 flights a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

In a later stage, the frequency may be adjusted depending on the needs of the market and the permission of the authorities.

On this occasion, Bamboo Airways opens sale of tickets for Rach Gia-Phu Quoc at a preferential price from 9,000 VND a ticket on all its official distribution channels.

“Along with the routes connecting Hanoi with Ho Chi Minh City and Rach Gia, the launch of the new route is expected to continue to meet the diverse needs of Kien Giang peopleand tourists, opening up new opportunities in attracting more tourists,” said Bamboo Airways Deputy General Director Truong Phuong Thanh./.
