On August 8, in commemoration of the 63rd anniversary of the Day for Agent Orange (AO)/Dioxin Victims (August 10, 1961 - August 10, 2024), the Nghe An Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin offered flowers and incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh, revolutionary leaders, and heroic martyrs at several historic sites in the province.
